Columbia Cascade Company has an opening for an Operations Specialist to support the manufacturing team. For more than 50 years we have been a leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial Play Structures and Outdoor Furniture.
This is a full-time, in-office position. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and highly accurate in their work, with excellent analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in math and excellent technical writing skills. The goal is to ensure an accurate accounting of all our inventory and production costs.

Responsibilities
Provide product and freight pricing data to Sales team
Prepare accurate and timely work orders and bills of materials
Calculate freight costs and assign freight carriers
Prepare Bills of Lading
Review freight invoices
Assist with providing Cost of Goods Sold data to Accounting
Support physical inventory process
Support purchasing activities
Prepare various reports for management and sales
