We are looking for an operations manager to coordinate a variety of tasks.
Help with operations at a consulting business, multiple non-profits, and an e-commerce company
Executive Assistant duties
Make phone calls and run errands
Packing and shipping packages
Move some boxes and files (nothing more than 15 pounds)
Checking and responding to various email accounts
Filing paperwork and staying organized
Visiting the bank to deposit checks
Submitting payments
Minor tech support for staff
The work will be performed at a variety of locations including the president’s home and in one of a number of offices in the Portland area. We will provide a vehicle for all driving tasks or you can use your personal vehicle and we will pay mileage.
The work will be some things that will be done the same way every day, and there also will be a variety of new things each week.
Hours of work:
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00pm. These hours can be flexible as long as they are consistent and dependable.

Qualifications for the job:
Someone who can show up on time, every day, ready to work.
Someone who can be trusted with our company's information and with knowledge about our customers
Strong organizational and communication skills
Requirements:
Valid Oregon drivers license with clean record for the past two years
Ability to pass a background check
Skills:
You must be able to use a computer, Google Docs and Google Sheets, and be proficient in using email and typing.
You must be able to keep a list of activities that need to be repeated every day as a list of new activities to be done each day
Ability to communicate with others over the phone, work well with others, and contribute to an overall positive
Sound time keeping and forward planning ability
Experience working with company directors and senior staff
Motivated self-starter
Positive and flexible attitude
IT (Google Workspace) skills
Desirable:
Experience in a project-based / professional services working environment
A degree is desirable, but not essential
Previous operations experience will be highly regarded
