Our team is looking for a qualified Office Assistant with the following attributes:
- Solid customer service skills for service call intake and dispatch
- Accurate and efficient typist
- Ability to organize and create filing systems
- Skilled at Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of working without much supervision
- Positive attitude with problem solving skills
- Reliable team member with solid attendance record
- Strong client communication and a good memory are key skills needed for this environment
This position is part of a service team with typing and filing, working with clients for scheduling of service calls, and other team support tasks as needed.
