We’re seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to support our international sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be helping us expand our global reach, manage trade show logistics, and set up client appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage international projects and timelines, working closely with internal teams and global clients
Set appointments with existing and potential customers during travel periods and events
Maintain organized records of contacts, follow-ups, and communications
Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up outreach
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across channels
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in project coordination and sales support
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work across time zones
Professional email and calendar management skills
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with international trade or textiles industry is a plus, but not required
Microsoft word and excel knowledge.
