We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Scheduler to support the office manager and other staff for a family-owned and operated plumbing company. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm. We are looking to hire right away!
Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently and consistently. Punctuality and attendance are a must. Training will be available. Hourly pay depends on experience, with a raise after passing the probation/training period. Dress code is semi-casual with jeans and a nice shirt and shoes.

Light electronics support with apple products
Invoicing via email and fax
Some filing
Answer multi-line telephones
Accepting customer payments via telephone or walk-in
Data Entry
Customer follow-ups
Soft collections after 30 days
Working with purchase orders and payments for materials
We are looking for a self-motivated, ethical, personable, assertive personality to answer incoming calls and troubleshoot with customers to schedule appointments for service work and projects.
