Job Summary:

The Assistant Office Manager will support the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, assisting with financial management, and supporting the Office Manager in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office operations and administrative functions.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.

Help with scheduling and dispatching technicians for service calls and appointments.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.

Support the preparation of reports.

Coordinate inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies.

Train and mentor new administrative staff as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or management is preferred not required.

Previous experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the restoration or service industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

$20.00 to $27.00 Hourly DOE

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 Am to 5 Pm.
