Oversees and facilitates the smooth running and operations of our office and operations.
Is the initial, welcoming face of our organization to external parties – individuals, public, and community for excellent customer service. Assures that questions are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Manages incoming communications- phones and mail with accompanying distribution and potential review.
Maintains the inventory and purchasing of routine supplies.
Assists in the coordination of an annual calendar, orientation and onboarding of new staff
Establishes trusting, productive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Has facilities oversight, making certain the facility is clean, professional, and inviting to staff and the public. Coordinates the work of outside contractors – both routine and intermittent
