Yeticorn (a full-time freelance photography business based in Portland, Oregon) is hiring a Creative Assistant to support admin and creative work. This role is ideal for someone who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves a well-designed spreadsheet as much as a perfect photo edit in Lightroom. You’ll be helping a busy creative business run smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities: Admin + Scheduling Support
- Drafting and managing client contracts and invoices
- Photoshoot prep
- Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and location research
Secondary Responsibilities: Creative Support
- Basic photo editing in Lightroom
- Assisting with social content
- On-set support during photoshoots
About You
- Extremely organized and detail-driven
- Reliable with great follow-through
- Comfortable using Google Drive & Google Sheets (Asana, Lightroom, Canva experience a plus)
- Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Portland-based or nearby for occasional in-person support
Details:
- $25/hr
- Starting at 5–10 hours per week
- Flexible hours with room to grow
- Hybrid role: mostly remote, occasional in-person shoots or meetings
