Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning/Probate Attorney with relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable managing their own caseload, communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel, and handling estate matters with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents

Providing support for probate and trust administration matters from start to finish

Advising clients on estate and tax planning strategies

Meeting with clients to assess goals and develop tailored legal solutions

Conducting legal research and staying up to date on changes in relevant law

Collaborating with support staff and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in OR and WA license is preferred.

Experience in private practice focused in estate planning and/or probate law

Knowledge of state probate and trust laws

Excellent drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

Outstanding communication and client relationship skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
