Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:
Boots on the ground in the courtroom representing Larsen Law’s clients and providing exceptional client service.
Execute case strategy with senior attorney, senior paralegal, clients, and support staff.
Keep clients informed by maintaining regular contact and communicating case progress and strategy.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
Qualifications:
Have an active Oregon State Bar membership.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience handling matters involving asset division, custody, spousal and child support, with adequate trial and mediation experience, or have meaningful litigation experience.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Detail oriented.
The ability to prioritize client service.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
Must have the ability to handle a heavy caseload and provide support to other attorneys.
Must be dependable.
