About You:
You are a skilled painter capable of doing Fine Finish Cabinet Painting, Staining, and Quality Interiors at a very high level.
You like leading a crew and are experienced in training and development (i.e., you could supply a list of painters that have grown in their skills because of you).
You have at least 7 years of Residential Experience in Exteriors, Interiors, and Cabinets.
You are efficient in your work and know this as true based on the time other painters take to do comparable work and or because of the feedback you have received from your supervisors.
Your effectiveness may be because of your pace, but is it more likely because you know exactly how far to take each step (i.e., what to do and what not to do).
You know the best tools, techniques, and products to use that make things efficient.
You know that quality can come with efficiency.
You keep the customers happy. You focus on QUALITY, EFFICIENCY, AND CLEANLINESS.
You have at least 5 references from supervisors and co-workers that can all verify your skill at producing very high quality and efficient cabinets and interior paint.
