Steel bending & fabricating company looking for a Shop Helper with 1 year experience. Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly & stand for 4hrs+ at a time. Must be able to do all sorts of shop support tasks. Must be able to read, write and speak English to complete paperwork and communicate with co-workers. Basic math skills are required. Forklift and/or loading experience highly preferred but will train.
Training for career development and worker progression is done at Albina (on the job) at no cost to the employee. Additional training available thru the Union Hall.
Both Full & Flexible Part time shifts available ranging Monday thru Friday 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, flexible hours for day shift

Previous experience in metal or construction industry preferred. Machines and Tools commonly used include brooms, dustpans, grinders, torches, banding equipment, band saws, overhead cranes & forklifts.
