POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Pressure Washer Technician
HOURS: Part-time, temporary. 20/hrs per week
PAY: $18-$20/hour DOE
ABOUT BRISTOL URBAN: Bristol Urban Apartments owns and operates a portfolio of vintage, pre-1965 apartment buildings in Portland and Vancouver.
JOB SUMMARY: This is a part-time position that is responsible for pressure washing the exterior grounds of our buildings between May-September 2024. Pressure washing equipment will be provided along with appropriate attire for pressure washing. Mileage and parking fees will be reimbursed.
JOB DUTIES
Use pressure washer to clean exterior grounds.
Load pressure washing into car and travel within a 16-mile radius of our main office to different buildings throughout the day.
Work with maintenance manager to schedule out jobs each week.
Communicate with property managers regarding when you will be onsite at their properties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience operating pressure washer equipment and knowledge of different nozzle types for various surfaces, including sidewalks and building sidings.
Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
Must be at least 19 years of age.
High-school diploma
Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Ability to work independently to complete jobs.
Good communication skills
Good time management skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing less than fifty pounds.
