Part Time Maintenance Technician Trainee - Immediate HIRE

Rose Grove is looking to hire a part time Maintenance Technician Trainee. We are a large mobile home community in Forest Grove. We offer on the job training which includes repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, tree trimming and janitorial services. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. safely. No experience is required, but some knowledge is helpful. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and time management skills. Must be comfortable working individually as well as in a team environment and possess the desire to continuously learn. Must have current valid driver’s license and be over the age of 21 to be insured to drive company vehicles. We are offering 32 hours per week to start, and starting pay is based on experience.
