Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Foreman for our Residential Maintenance Department for our Clackamas location. Must be 18 years or older.
$1,000 Hiring Bonus after 120 Days
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with crew of 1-2
- Communicate effectively with management and customers.
- Perform all aspects of landscape care for accounts on your assigned route including mowing, edging, hand pruning, shearing, weeding, raking, leaf clean-up, irrigation, fertilizer application, and other necessary duties in contract.
- Operate various types of maintenance equipment using safe practices (various mowers, edger's, blowers, hedge trimmers, pruners, and hand tools)
Qualifications Foreman:
- 3+ years experience in landscape maintenance
- At least 1 year of crew leader experience
- Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lead crew through maintenance route and take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer
- Have a valid driver's license
This is a 4 day per week, 10 hour per day position with occasional overtime.
Work week is Tuesday - Friday
