Koru Cannabis is looking for an addition to our harvest crew! We are an indoor tier 2 cannabis and we focus on having a happy healthy working environment and producing outstanding products for our customers.
The job includes trimming, bucking, harvesting & transplanting. Pay starts at $18/hour and we offer a speed incentive that can get fast trimmers up to the $22-25/hour range.
We try to promote from within, and this position can be a great stepping stone into the industry if you do great work!
The best candidate will:
-Get along well with a tight-knit crew
-Have a valid marijuana handlers permit
-Have reliable transportation
-Be a good self-starter who can work without tons of direction or management (micro-management is not our style)
-Experience trimming helpful but not required.
-Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
-Comfortable on ladders helpful not required.
