LAKE OSWEGO FAMILY SEEKING HOUSE MANAGER + NANNY
We are a busy family of five (two full time working parents and 3 children aged 6, 4, 2), looking for a reliable and detail-oriented house manager to assist with household management and occasional childcare. Our ideal candidate is patient, highly organized, prompt, proactive, calm and excellent at communicating. We value someone who can take initiative and help keep our home running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Household Management: Errands, Grocery Shopping, Light Cleaning, Organization, Costco orders, Restocking home supplies.
- Light housekeeping: Tidying up and coordinating with cleaners
- Laundry: running, folding, putting away.
- Transportation: occassional for kids after school activities, for family to airport for travel
- Car maintenance: routine washes, oil changes, regular scheduling & tracking of service appointments.
- Travel planning: research, booking, packing, etc.
- Party & Event planning: Shopping, rental equipment, contacting support staff, and being the main point of contact for events.
- Nanny / Babysitting during afternoon hours and for regular date nights and overnights with kids. Helping when kids are out of school.
Availability and hours are flexible and can be discussed upon an offer.
Hours: 15-20 hrs/week (mainly M-F)
Ideal availability: 9am - 5pm
Start: November
Compensation: $30+/hour based on experience
