Position: Cleaning Technician
Schedule:
Weekly Maintenance Cleanings:
Thursdays, averaging 22 hours of work per month.
3 houses per shift.
Larger Jobs:
Flexibility required for additional jobs on Tuesdays or Saturdays.
Averaging 1-2 larger jobs a month, striving to reach 4-5 large jobs monthly with our addition to the team.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality cleaning services for residential clients.
Work efficiently and professionally as part of a team of two.
Ensure client satisfaction with each job.
Requirements:
No prior cleaning experience required; on-the-job training provided.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to commit to a regular weekly schedule with flexibility for additional jobs.
Can pass a criminal background check
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
