We are a small manufacturing company, in business for 22 years, locally owned and operated. We are in need of a full-time, entry-level person to work on our fabrication team. The job is Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30PM. SOME JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for using hand tools to fabricate products
Communicate with team members
Run machinery
Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Meet production targets in line with the production schedule
Troubleshooting
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to alternate between standing and/or sitting positions for extended periods including bending, leaning, twisting and squatting
Dexterity to move, lift and grip
Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Visual acuity to assure quality and accuracy
The ideal person for this job is self-motivated, gets along well with others, listens and collaborates effectively and can adapt easily to changes.
You must also be very careful and accurate.
