Atlas Facilities Maintenance provides quality janitorial services to over 150 Businesses & Government Facilities nationwide. We are looking to hire outstanding, hard-working janitors/cleaners to join our team.
Job Location: Milwaukie, OR.
Job title: Full-time Lead Janitor / Cleaner / Custodian
8 hours a day 5 Days a week
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 DOE
Responsibilities:
Communicate with leadership and facilitate instructions to small onsite crew
Clean interior space, including vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping floors
Dust furniture and surfaces
Empty wastebaskets and replace liners
Clean restrooms, and other normal cleaning duties
Clean and disinfect equipment
Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous experience required. Training will also be provided.
Must pass Background & Drug Screening
Must have reliable transportation to work location
Must have smart phone capable of running a time keeping GPS application
