Janitorial/Facilities Maintenance Company
Field Manager position with our company in the Vancouver, Washington area.
We are a growing company and currently service the Pacific Northwest. Our clients are government entities and typically require extensive background checks and interviews.
This position will require knowledge and experience in janitorial work, such as window cleaning, floor cleaning, day porter services, and special projects, such as cleaning light fixtures, deep cleanings, and event cleaning.
This is a management position - so a typical day may include:
Zoom meetings
Coordinating Coverage/callouts (in some cases, it may be you covering)
Delivering supplies as needed
Adjusting floor schedules on Excel / Calendars
Responding to emails
Attending meetings with clients to discuss needs/adjustments
Performing Quality Control Checks
Assisting with special cleanings: carpet cleaning/stripping & waxing/window cleaning/carpet spot removal
The hours vary, and the schedule is adjustable. If you are looking for a typical 9-5 position, this is NOT for you. If you are looking for an office job and just a little fieldwork, this is NOT for you.
Must be eager to work, friendly, and patient.
Must pass an extensive fingerprinting background check (per client requirements).
Because this position will require driving a company vehicle - the applicant must have a clean driving background.
Must be self-motivated and willing to work independently
