Your role ensures the heart of our operation runs smoothly, maintaining cleanliness standards and safety protocols at the highest levels.What You'll Do:Maintain daily sanitation logs for dish machines and manual pot-washing stations.Ensure the dish machine and manual washing sinks are properly maintained, stocked, and functioning.Monitor high-traffic areas closely to prevent accidents, including slips, trips, and falls.Properly use dish racks and equipment to avoid damage to wares.Regularly inspect and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.Contribute to safety by promptly addressing potential hazards.Practice effective inventory control and assist with supply orders.Compensation$16.66 – $16.81/hour + tips!Every job here has the opportunity to grow into lead, supervisory, management, and executive-level positions.
