Hi y'all.
This post is for general labor on a cannabis farm with an emphasis on cleaning, trimming, bucking, and deleafing.
This job requires you be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Bucking/Trimming has you standing or sitting hunched over in a 40-55 degree room for as many hours as you can take.
Deleafing has you standing or sitting on a rolling shop bench at around 80-85 degree and 70% humidity for hours on end.
Cleaning will be pots, gutters, floors and yard work with an array of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
All of which have minimum standards with exact SOPs.
You have to have a Marijuana Handlers card that is current.
Pay is 20-30and hour, the pay rate is based on how well you respond to me telling you the rate I can do things and if you come close to it. If you earn your keep the first three weeks we will move to a salary payment scheme and you can make your own schedule as long as you hit deadlines.
