Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician needed at the Nobl Park Apartments (144 units) located at 6001 NE 102nd Ave Vancouver, WA 98662. We are currently undergoing a major exterior upgrade/renovation project. As a member of our team, you will be a major contributor to the overall success of our community.
Day to day tasks/responsibilities include:
Completing resident maintenance requests (appliance repair, light plumbing repairs, carpentry, light electrical)
Turning units, including painting and general maintenance
Maintaining exterior and grounds to ensure good curb appeal
Ensuring that units "turned" are inspected and move in ready prior to scheduled move in date
Seasonal pool and spa maintenance
We're looking for an individual who is self-motivated, has strong organizational and problem solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills and has the ability to consistently complete grounds, works orders and turnovers by specified deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will have had 2 or more years of apartment maintenance experience, general knowledge of minor building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair and prior painting experience.
After hours on-call emergencies are shared with another maintenance technician every other week. A valid driver's license and vehicle required. A background check will be completed as well as previous employment references verified.
We offer an hourly rate of $26-$28/hour depending on experience plus fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits after 60 days plus paid holidays and vacation. Please email cover letter and resume.
