Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to on boarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes to enhance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in English & Spanish.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
