Job Purpose: Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting management.
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence.
designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees to weekly schedule.
Completes Medicaid and insurance billing on a regular basis
Maintains office staff by recruiting selecting orienting training employees.
Maintains office files recruiting selecting clients.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, and counseling employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications: The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
