We are looking for a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Oregon who is positive, empathetic and compassionate. We want someone who is actively working on themselves and who is giving patients the utmost care and respect. We are seeking someone who brings forth comprehensive treatments and treatment plans using acupuncture, and lifestyle enhancements that specifically target the individual using holistic medicine.
We are pursuing someone who is independent, as you will be managing all patient interactions; checking a patient in and out, performing treatments, cleaning rooms, taking payments, and handling your own scheduling. This job provides a lot of flexibility for the practitioner, as work days and hours can be negotiated and can be flexible within reason. Ideally seeing 20+ patients per week. This is a contracted position, using a commission based pay, not an hourly rate. Incentives provided if seeing greater than 20+ patients per week.
Responsibilities Include:
Works well with others and individually.
Adhering to a high professional image standard in dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle.
Coordinating patient care, scheduling, and payments.
Responsible for your work space, cleaning rooms prior to patients and after patients.
Using your scope of practice to the fullest, incorporating multiple modalities of TCM.
Ability to diagnose and treat using TCM, while implementing a good treatment plan for the patient.
Complete comprehensive medical charting to the utmost professional/legal standards using the electronic medical records system, Unified Practice.
Requirements:
Oregon Licensed, NCCAOM certified
Preferred experience since you will be working independently, this is not required.
Willing to see insurance-based patients; We can help with credentialing if you are not in-network
Malpractice insurance; We can help with this if need be
