General Responsibilities
School District Nurse - RN
In collaboration with the Regional School Nurse, the RN school nurse manages and delivers school health related
services. The school nurse scope of practice is defined by law and regulation and professional nursing standards.
School District LPN
Under the direction of the Regional School Nurse, the School District LPN implements, manages and delivers school health
services to schools districts and /or agencies. The school nurse scope of practice is defined by law and regulation and professional school nursing standards.
Salary
The full salary range for this position is:
LPN: $32.09 - $39.04. As of 9/1/25, the range is $32.89 - $40.02
RN: $41.55 - $50.56. As of 9/1/25, the range is $42.59 - $51.82
Offers are made at the entry level of the range.
Assignment:
This position will serve the intermediate school in the White Salmon School District and is 12 hours per week, school year schedule.
Minimum Qualifications:
School Nurse - RN
Valid Washington State registered nurse (RN) license.
Experience in pediatrics and willingness to delegate care in a school setting.
Current CPR/1st aid certification.
Experience in the health care of school age children.
School District LPN
Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Washington State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Current CPR/1st aid certification.
