We are a new holistic/biological dental office opening in early September in Battle Ground, WA. We're looking for a Dental Assistant who brings both skill and compassion to their work—and wants to help build a practice that feels good to be part of.

You Are:
Experienced (1+ years in chairside for assistant preferred, 1+ years in dentistry for front desk)
Confident with x-rays, charting, and patient intake (for assistant)
Confident with fielding phone calls, insurance claims (for front desk)
Familiarity and comfort with presenting treatment plans a plus (for front desk)
Kind, reliable, and eager to make a difference
A team player who wants to help shape the team culture
Open to holistic and biological approaches
Experience with airway/sleep/TMJ is a plus
What to Expect:
FT/PT
This is a startup practice, so the schedule may be light at first. But if you're open to flexible responsibilities—helping with admin, setup, patient communications, or other tasks—you’ll have the opportunity to stay more involved and grow with us.
