Greetings. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic front desk person to join our chiropractic team.
Our busy office is seeking someone who will greet patients with a smile, make them feel welcome, and consistently maintain a professional and organized office. The ideal candidate will be focused, up-beat and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
While health care experience is helpful, we are open to someone who is a self-starter and able to learn on the job.
The position is full time / part time depending on availability and experience.
Duties:
Collect and process patient payments and manage accounts.
Room patients and ensure a smooth clinic flow.
Verify insurance benefits and manage patient records.
Communicate with patients via phone and text to schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Interest in chiropractic and natural health a must.
Pay starts at $18 to $23 an hour depending on experience.
