We’re looking to bring on a new associate to join our high-retention, wellness-based practice in Vancouver, WA. The position is structured to be a sustainable, lucrative alternative to clinic ownership. This is ideal for someone who wants to be a part of a successful team, and actually have work/life balance. We just upgraded to a stunning 7,000 sq. ft. clinic—complete with 8 Hill pneumatic drop tables, 12 massage rooms, and private adjusting rooms designed for comfort and flow.
Our current associates work 3-4 days per week, don’t have to market for new patients, and our compensation structure is designed to help you grow into a strong six-figure income. That’s not a pipe dream—it’s just what happens when systems are dialed in and we have 17 years of experience that proves it.
We’re not into burnout. We’re into building something that lasts. No outside marketing events. No pushing products or doing modalities that dilute your purpose. We keep the main thing the main thing: chiropractic care.

Here’s What You’ll Get:
Smart compensation model: $4,000/month base salary, then switch to performance-based pay with scalable percentages—2 of our current associates earn in the top 10% of all DC’s (including owners), and our newest is on their way too!
3 day workweek: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (with occasional coverage).

No marketing grind: New patients are consistently provided. Just serve them well.
Coaching that actually helps: One-on-one mentorship with the clinic director who’s spent thousands on coaching and will help you fast-track your success.
Supportive systems: Digital X-ray, sEMG, thermal scans, and ChiroTouch make your job smoother.
30-minute NP and ROF slots: Follow-up adjustments scheduled efficiently at up to 3 per 15 minutes.
