We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join our team and help bring our culinary vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, from classic Italian recipes to seasonal specials.
Hand-stretch dough, ensuring consistency in texture, thickness, and quality.
Manage wood-fired or deck ovens, maintaining correct temperatures for optimal cooking.
Prepare fresh toppings, sauces, and garnishes with attention to taste, quality, and presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a high-volume or specialty kitchen.
Strong understanding of dough fermentation, proofing, and handling techniques.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, including wood-fired ovens.
Passion for Italian cuisine and creativity in flavor combinations.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
