Position: Line Cook
Responsibilities: As a Line Cook at Costello's you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen during breakfast and lunch service. Key responsibilities include:
Food Preparation: Execute breakfast and lunch menu items with precision and attention to detail.
Cooking Expertise: Proficiently handle various cooking techniques for eggs, breakfast meats, sandwiches, salads, and other dishes.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to meet our customers' expectations.
Cleanliness: Adhere to sanitation and food safety standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in the menu, special requests, and volume fluctuations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a breakfast and lunch setting.
Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and a diverse range of lunch items.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Culinary degree or relevant certifications a plus.

50/50 tip share with FOH averaging $6-8/hr on top of hourly.
