We are looking for an experienced Lead Server to join our team and help set the tone for exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. The Lead Server will assist in training, mentoring, and ensuring smooth service operations while delivering top-tier hospitality.
Our location is intimate, with a great patio for seasonal seating. We have a small team of staff and strive to be approachable, yet polished. We treat all of our staff with respect and kindness and strive to promote a healthy, positive work environment. We would love to have you join our team!
Position Overview:
-Working on the floor as lead server
-Beer & Liquor ordering
-Strong leadership abilities being MOD when restaurant manager is absent; adjusting menus, assisting servers, willingness & understanding for handling customer service issues
-Clear understanding and knowledge of all wines sold by the glass with the ability to train staff members on new wines and beers
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience as a server
-A deep passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional guest experience
-Knowledge of wine, food pairings and upscale service standards
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead others
-Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining poise and professionalism
-Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays as needed.
