Diamonds Gentlemen's Club is looking for a highly motivated person to come join our team.
The position includes but is no limited to the following duties:
Prepare and cook customer food orders using kitchen equipment
Will be required to learn Diamonds menu in a reasonable time frame
Will need to demonstrate to Management, the ability to prepare and cook the entire menu
Will need to maintain the Diamonds expectation for presentation excellence regarding plate presentation
Will be required to clean, sanitize, and maintain the kitchen area in compliance to Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Will be required to conduct all opening and closing duties on daily/nightly basis as instructed by management
Will be required to prep ingredients
Will be required to maintain quality of food consistently
Will be required to maintain the suggested portion size of each menu item as directed
Will be required to conduct and maintain inventory of all necessary ingredients
Will be required to assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory checks
Will be required to communicate with management of all kitchen equipment issues on a timely and prompt basis.
Will be required to consult with management regarding any food specials.
Will be required to keep the bar stocked and ready at all times
Will be required to change kegs when needed
Position Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age
Must have Cooking/Culinary Experience
Must have the ability to multi task
Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
Must have the ability to work in a team environment will work as a solo member in the kitchen
Must have the ability to work under pressure and stay patient
Must be willing to work nights and weekends
