We’re a small team serving quality pizza, hot sandwiches, and fried food with integrity, inside a strip club on the edge of North Portland. This is a part-time, late-night kitchen job — not for the faint of heart, but perfect for someone who loves making great food, works clean, and understands the rhythm of an honest hustle.
Shifts run between 3pm and 2am. You must be 21+ with a valid Oregon food handler’s card.
Who you are:
Experienced in kitchens (pizza is a plus, but we’ll train someone with strong fundamentals and a good attitude)
Comfortable working in a strip club and treating everyone — including dancers — with respect and professionalism
Chill under pressure, focused during the rush
Comfortable working solo
Clear communicator (we don’t read minds, but we do read lists)
Someone who actually likes making good food and doesn’t cut corners
