Experienced owner looking for a rising star Chef/Lead Cook to run a small kitchen at an exciting new Portland bar. Owner has a history of cultivating talent in high-profile food markets and looking for a dedicated and serious cook to execute a small, but powerful Italian-themed bar snacks, small plates and pasta menu. Experience managing and controlling food costs, ordering, developing conceptually relevant specials and willingness to work with owner on the menu a must. Projected opening late fall, early winter 2025.
