NW Growlers is on the hunt for a fun, reliable, and team-oriented person to join our crew! We’re hiring for a part-time position to cover our Saturday shift from 12:45 PM to 9:15/10:00 PM (We're open Saturdays from 1:00 - 9:00). We serve up some of the best craft beer and wine in town, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion and brings great energy to the taproom.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Pouring craft beer and wine
-Changing kegs and stocking supplies
-Cleaning and maintaining a tidy space
-Creating a welcoming environment for guests
-Jumping in wherever needed—we all pitch in
What We’re Looking For:
-21 years of age or older
-Great customer service skills
-Interest and basic knowledge of craft beer
-Serving or bar experience preferred
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Positive attitude and friendly personality
-Dependable, honest, and uses good judgment
Requirements:
-Valid OLCC Alcohol Service Permit
-Valid Food Handler Card (or willing to get one upon hire)
