Bakers assistant

I own a small pastry business, I bake and sell at my farmers markets. I'm looking for someone with food handling and baking experience. MUST be able to be on your feet for long periods of time. I'm looking for someone who can move fast, multitask, has a strong work ethic, and an uplifting attitude. I rent a place and built a small licensed kitchen. I'm looking for someone who works around me to make the flow of things a little easier. Prep, rotate the oven, cool and box up. My oven is my timer so everything is constantly moving. Should know the basics of baking. The days I would need help is Friday 7am-5 possibly until 7 Saturday 4pm-12am For the month of Feb and March I only need help on the Fridays. 7am-5 I would like to get the right person trained sooner than later but it is absolutely crucial that you can commit to both days.
