Senior Producer

We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Reporting to the Production Director, you as Senior Producer will be an extension of other departments. You will deliver high-quality productions that fulfill the creative vision and improve the creative opportunity.This is a hybrid role based in our Portland office(s). The salary range for this position based on experience is $95,000 - 100,000 USD annually.Responsibilities:Lead on production authorityManage budgets ($1M+ per production) and cost negotiations at multiple production levels. This includes bids, estimates, PO management and tracking production costs.Manage multiple production timelines and achieve timeExperience with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands and managementUphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverablesManage the production resource network, music management and post-productionManage sample ordering, tracking and shipments to/from shoot location(s)Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docsEnsure paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shootFinal reconciliations including archivingOn set attendance and 40% travel globally often last minute and for longer periods1 day office attendance per week sitting in the Jellyfish Portland or client office (travel days count as attendance)
