Job Title: Program ManagerJob DescriptionIn this role, you will be tasked with defining project goals and scope and harmonizing the different departments for the NPI team. You will plan and document tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain thorough documentation of project processes using various project management tools. Additionally, you will lead milestone reviews and bi-weekly touchpoints with clients and customers, ensuring all follow-up actions are addressed and closed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with a mechanical background . You will have the opportunity to work with a prominent player in the aerospace industry, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth.Responsibilities

Identifying project goals and scope

Managing and overseeing teams

Planning and documenting project tasks

Ensuring deliverables are on time

Documenting project processes using various project management tools

Conducting milestone reviews and bi-weekly touchpoints with clients and customers, and following up on any actions to closure

Essential Skills

At least 5 years of mid to high-level experience in project management

Experience within FAA regulations

Mechanical background preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Background in Aerospace/DOD environment

Experience using ERP systems

Overseeing budgets and multiple teams to come through on the project timeline and budget

Mechanical/NPD background

Work EnvironmentOnsite 5 days a week at the Portland facility, you'll have the opportunity to be on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with various teams. You'll also have access to other engineers for support and will directly assist another Program Manager. Your direct report will be based in Montreal. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and verified holidays.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $77.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
