Job Title: Program ManagerJob DescriptionIn this role, you will be tasked with defining project goals and scope and harmonizing the different departments for the NPI team. You will plan and document tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain thorough documentation of project processes using various project management tools. Additionally, you will lead milestone reviews and bi-weekly touchpoints with clients and customers, ensuring all follow-up actions are addressed and closed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with a mechanical background . Essential Skills
At least 5 years of mid to high-level experience in project management
Experience within FAA regulations
Mechanical background preferred

Background in Aerospace/DOD environment
Experience using ERP systems
Overseeing budgets and multiple teams to come through on the project timeline and budget
Mechanical/NPD background
Work EnvironmentOnsite 5 days a week at the Portland facility, you'll have the opportunity to be on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with various teams. You'll also have access to other engineers for support and will directly assist another Program Manager. Your direct report will be based in Montreal.
