I'm looking for a kind and caring nanny to help care for my children and maintain a functioning home in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. I have 5 children under the age of 12, each of them unique and wonderful in their own way. The perfect fit for us would be someone who has plenty of experience working with children, is empathic, curious, full of wonder, and just as important, someone who has strong boundaries and an ability to communicate non-violently. This position will involve cooking and tidying, but mostly being a warm presence in my children's lives, keeping them engaged and occupied with outdoor excursions, park and library adventures, art projects, read alouds, and any other creative outlets you feel called to share. Full time would be ideal, especially come summer (some kids will be in summer camps but not for the entire summer).
If you are confident in your ability to connect authentically with children and are able to maintain a sense of groundedness even among the natural chaos of a big family, I want to hear from you!
Start: asap with some flexibility
Hours: full time or close to full time
Pay: $30-$35/hr
