Responsibilities:
Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering a dynamic, nurturing classroom environment.
- Help plan and implement daily activities aligned with our educational philosophy.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Step 3-5 or higher certification from Oregon’s Early Learning Division.
- Experience in early childhood education or care settings, particularly with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of child care, with an openness to Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia approaches.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Brightwheel is a plus.
