The you will be responsible for leading a team of developing potenial clients, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire intelligence on target customers and penetrate the market.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients and candidates, enhancing our market presence and service delivery.
- Drive lead generation, manage the sales process from start to finish, and secure new business deals.
- Conduct in-depth research on client projects and industry trends to offer tailored staffing solutions.
- Work closely with leadership and recruiting teams to optimize client and candidate management processes.
- Craft and present persuasive proposals to clients, showcasing our value proposition and staffing solutions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Salary: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
