The Parking Facility Customer Service Representative (CSR) performs a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operation while delivering service in a courteous and attentive manner to the guests.
Customer Service Representative greets customers when entering and exiting, assists customers with entry/exit transactions, maintains parking equipment in operating condition with receipt paper and tickets, and reports any issues or nuances to the Operation Manager.
Principal Duties
Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Monitor entrance and exit transactions and the number of available spaces (on the PC monitor).
Control traffic at entrance and exit as needed.
Cleaning duties including litter patrols, dusting, and cleaning the parking equipment and elevators, and trash disposal.
Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, concerns, and relay information to Manager.
Immediately report any incidents or safety concerns to Manager.
Communicate professionally with guests, client, and teammates.
Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to verbally communicate with guests
Previous customer service experience, preferred
