We are Century Dental, a private dental practice. We are seeking a friendly customer service driven concierge to add to our team. This is a full time position: we work Monday-Thursday 36-40 hours per week, pay starting at $20 per hour DOE. Benefits include: Paid holidays, vacation, PTO, medical/dental benefits, 401K, FSA, training and bonuses including daily incentives.
Training opportunities can include travel; several of our team went to Las Vegas in June 2023 where we were taught by nationally recognized leaders and we will be attending a similar event in Nashville, TN in June 2024.
This successful practice has 2 great doctors with a long-time team and outstanding patients. The practice is established, fun, up-to-date and is in a busy area with lots of growth. Amazing team dynamics with highly skilled doctors.
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, organized, willing to be trained, motivated to excel, team player, superior communication skills, and genuinely enjoys providing high quality customer service and patient care. Proficiency in Dentrix and bilingual in Spanish are a plus.
Your primary roles will be answering the phone and scheduling utilizing proven techniques to communicate clearly with our amazing patients.
