Our Customer Service Representatives field incoming orders from customers and input them into our system. The Customer Service team also compiles all the paperwork needed for production and packing teams. The primary duties are data entry and customer interaction via email and phone. Accuracy is very important. It is a small team, so being dependable is also important. There is a lot to learn, so the idea ideal candidate is one who is dedicated to learning and showing up consistently.

Hours are 7:20am to about 4:00pm Monday – Friday, but will vary slightly day to day depending on how busy it is.

Customer Service Experience
Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Computer Experience a Plus!
Starting wage - $18.00 / hr.
