Job Title: Convenience Store Manager

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Description:
As a Convenience Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Leading and motivating a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
2. Operations Management:
Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance.
3. Customer Service Excellence:
Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
4. Financial Management:
Analyzing sales data and financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
No criminal record of theft or burglary will be allowed
