Job Description:
We seek a highly organized Warehouse Manager to manage our warehouse and ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize warehousing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse layout.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Implement and maintain safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Identify areas for improvement and implement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper maintenance and functioning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in management software and MS Office.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
