Manager reliable to work at Raindrop from 11am to 730pm daily Monday through Friday to take over for owners to be able to network with customers and other business matters. This is a demanding job. These are the main duties and responsibilities:
Reliably work Monday through Friday from 11am to 730pm
Manage the flow of the front desk AND the LAUNDRY PROCESSING
Responsible for crew of 4-5
Assist with laundry bag organizing, so, physically fit enough to do the work which includes bending, walking, and lifting of up to 50 pounds in and out of laundry carts.
Read and write clearly
Speak and communicate effectively
Receive and keep laundry items organized, tagged, processed and readied for timely delivery
Notify drivers and owners of any updates throughout the day
Communicate content of incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers as the laundry is completed
Document in writing any call messages requiring owner or delivery driver attention
Give and receive report to owners on an ongoing basis as needed throughout the day
Help maintain standardized practices and procedures
Monitor for needs at the laundromat throughout the day and assign crew tasks relevant to observations
Report to owners/maintenance crew any problems that arise
Create invoices for end of month send outs along with daily charges/payments
Help develop and implement policies/procedures/protocols for ongoing orientation of our new employees to ensure standards are being understood/carried out
Responsible for end of day/closing duties
Accountable for front desk reconciliation
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Grad/equivalent

PAY RANGE
$22-$26 per hour. Final determination of the exact rate will occur within 90 days of hire based on demonstrated performance with even further advancement possible
